Welcome to BetterDay! By using our app, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using the BetterDay application ("App"), as they affect your legal rights.

By downloading, accessing, or using the BetterDay App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the App.

BetterDay is a free mobile application developed by Voice4Equity LLC that is designed to help users organize daily activities, manage schedules, and track progress. While the app is currently free to use, we may introduce paid features or premium subscriptions in the future. You will be notified in advance of any pricing changes or paid features, and your use of those features will be subject to additional terms.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

If BetterDay introduces paid features or subscriptions, you will be provided with the option to access premium content or services. Any payments made for such services will be processed through secure third-party payment platforms, and by subscribing, you agree to abide by the pricing, payment, and cancellation terms presented at the time of purchase.

6. Termination of Use

You may stop using the App at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service or are using the App unlawfully. Upon termination, your right to access and use the App will immediately cease.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BetterDay and its affiliates, licensors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or damages for personal injury.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of your use of the App will be brought in the appropriate courts located in Clark County, Washington.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We will notify you of any material changes, and your continued use of the App after the changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
